Price List
weekly Basic service
Home interior
$60 monthly
Collect newspapers, flyers, solicitations
Check all inside windows and doors for secured locks
Run water in all sinks and flush & brush toilets
Inspect home for any water leaks
Inspect all areas for insects/pests
Check for any visible signs of mold and mildew
Visually check electrical service panel for tripped breakers
Refrigerator and Freezer operating properly
Check thermostat
Run garbage disposal
Water indoor plants
Start vehicle and run for 10 minutes (if desired)
Change home filters if provided

Home exterior
View overall condition of home from exterior
Check garage door, open and close
Check fencing
Check front entry way lighting
Check screens to include pool bird cages
Sweep entryway
Check for any landscaping needs
Upgraded services
$5 a month per cart we will take your golfcart on a short ride bi-weekly
$25 extra trip to residence for anything
$25 per hour to coordinate access and meet anyone you authorize for delivers, repairs and maintenance.
